Learn to Dominate the Competition

Whether you're a recreational soccer player, a competitive soccer player, or someone who simply wants to improve their
game, you've found the right place. At Anderson Youth Soccer Summer Training Sessions, you'll discover useful tips and
training ideas that will put you on your way to becoming a quality player and a better student of the game.

The best part about playing soccer is doing it well and ultimately winning, especially when it’s almost to the degree of
embarrassing your opponent with your skill and talent. Whether it’s making a great pass, scoring an incredible goal,
dribbling by someone with ease - leaving the defender at a standstill, these are all great achievements that inspire a
certain amount of well deserved satisfaction.

Understand the Beautiful Game

Once you’ve got a firm understanding of the game, the information you find here will bring your training up a notch. Get
up to speed with speed training, learn about plyometrics, goalkeepers improve your vertical leap, and field players get a
head start in heading and juggling.

At our training sessions, individual skill improvement and a better tactical awareness of soccer are a focus of camp. In
addition, self-esteem, confidence, teamwork, cooperation, responsibility, leadership and fairness are personal development
areas that we address daily. We believe these issues can be drawn into the forefront of children's lives by sharing with
them their importance on the soccer field and how they relate to daily living. An soccer field is also a place we encourage
children to enjoy themselves and have fun with their teammates.

This summer we will be offering a train-like-the-pros training experience. Sessions will focus on speed, agility, flexibility,
coordination and conditioning. The sessions will last approximately 90 minutes – the length of a soccer game! Our coaches
will help guide the athletes through each exercise to ensure great technique and effective training.

COST: $ 120 for 2 months (June/July)
  $ 70/monthly
  $ 40/2 consecutive weeks
  $ 25/weekly
  $ 50/1 hour for 1-4 player personal sessions (attn. goalies)
