ANNOUNCING AYSL LEAGUE TRAINER ____________________________ - Wednesday, May 19, 2010

Season-long professional training comes to Anderson Youth Soccer for the Fall 2010 season

Anderson Youth Soccer has partnered with Darby Anderson, former Simpson University Mens Soccer Coach, to improve
the quality of play and coaching throughout the entire league.  During preseason and the course of the entire season,
Darby will be working with all of Coaches, as well as our teams.  Darby will be assisting our coaches in running the practices.
The coach will also rotate amongst teams in order to watch practice scrimmages and offer in-match assistance to coaches.

Under the guidance of the league trainer, coaches and players will enjoy this exciting opportunity to learn and train just like
the upper level competitive teams. The league has a long history and tradition of playing high-quality attacking soccer, and
the AYSL program reflects this philosophy by encouraging players to express themselves and play without a fear of failure.

The delivery of the programs will be based on a development model, where all players, regardless of experience or ability,
will be encouraged to grow in a variety of areas. All individuals will be challenged to improve their technical skills, tactical
understanding, physical and mental strengths, to develop as a more rounded player. The AYSL coaches will also look to
create the most positive learning environment possible so that all players can interact, have fun, and develop their
confidence and social skills at the same time.
